中国是一个地震多发国，由于“汶川地震”的发生，成千上万的学生和老师失去了生命，假如你们学校要进行一场“地震逃生知识讲座”，假如你是讲座演讲人,名叫LinTao，请据以下几方面写一个简单的发言稿，可以自由发挥,但至少要补充两条注意事项。
