今天下午我们学校在多功能教室举办了题为“挑战未来”的英语演讲比赛。那些擅长英语的学生参加了比赛。我作为观众去了多功能厅。

从他们的演讲中我学到了很多。在他们的演讲中，我发现他们都充分利用了现在的时间和条件来为未来做准备，用已知的因素来挑战未知的因素。由此我意识到我不应该浪费今天的时间，不应该把今天的事推到明天。今天是明天的基础，我不再浪费现在的时间。我打算好好学习为我的未来做好准备。
